Pensiunea Puiu was born out of the love and passion of its two owners, Dan and Rodica, for the Danube Delta, birds, fishing, and NATURE! The guesthouse was built in 2005, being intended from the beginning for tourists. The building consists of a ground floor and first floor, comprising 7 rooms, out of which 5 rooms have private bathrooms and 2 rooms have shared facilities.
On the ground floor, guests can benefit from a multifunctional living room with a television, a coffee serving area, and relaxation space. The rooms are spacious, equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, modern furniture, and the colors of the guesthouse are blue and orange. Four of rooms have air conditioning, and 2 rooms have balconies overlooking the canal that surrounds the village and where every trip in the Delta begins. Hot water is provided permanently.
Pensiunea Puiu has a very large courtyard, where pets can roam freely, a swing, gazebo, sun umbrellas, barbecue, plenty of vegetation, and parking for 10 cars.
Owners can organize trips into the heart of the Danube Delta for fishing, as well as visiting surrounding flora and fauna (transportation is provided by authorized personnel of accommodation Pensiunea Puiu). This routes and fishing spots are determined by the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve.
